Welcoming, cosy and comfortable hotel. Would recommend the Shamrock Lodge for a relaxing stay. Ate a tasty mean on the evening of arrival after a long journey and slept well before a day-long conference in the hotel next day. Enjoyed an excellent lunch served to over 100 guests and working facilities were also first class. Will come back for a holiday visit.

Superb Service For Our Recent Corporate Event

We recently had a corporate event at the Shamrock Lodge Hotel and I felt compelled to write a review as their customer service is absolutely outstanding. Nicola and all the team there could not have done enough for us, they helped with set up the evening before and checked in on us more than once the morning of the event to ensure everything was in order for the event. Nothing was too much trouble. We ordered sandwiches, tea coffee biscuits for the event and the variety of sandwiches and biscuits supplied was really wonderful. All of the staff practice the same excellent level of customer service. It is definitely a place I will remember for future events. Well done to all there, ye are a super team!
